| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: dt: contact states the back brakes kept locking up. no warning lights illuminated to indicate there was a problem. the brake locking up caused a hole to burn through the tires. this has happened twice, and the tire has been replaced on the trailer twice. the service dealer repaired the vehicle; consumer did not know what was done to the vehicle. after driving approximately 200 yards the brakes locked up again. the manufacturer was working on giving a trade for the trailer. dealership instructed the consumer to cut the brake line to unlock the brakes. the manufacturer of the trailer was bison, llc, and the model name was stratus.*ak |
