| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I have a graco snugride manufactured 07/03. in the back seat of my car the middle seat has a shoulder belt. when i initially got the car seat installed by the fire department the man said that the car seat would probably tip to one side a little and i would have to redo the seat belt. i have to fix the seat belt every two to three days but the last two times i would fix it and check the back seat after driving for a minute and the car seat was almost completeley on it's side. i took the car seat off of the base and have just buckled in the car seat. |
