| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt: graco snugride model# 864-3do, dom 03/31/2005.hwhile driving with baby in car seat properly latched in by a lap seat belt through the base, turned corner at low speed and heard baby screaming. discovere.d that child safety seat had turned over while still attached to seat belt. consumer stopped vehicle, and had to rearrange child safety seat. had to drive home with hand placed on the top of rear facing child safety seat so that it would stay upright. the was the first incident. contacted the manufacturer and filed a complaint. was told you she would hear something within 24-48 hours. there was an abrasion on the child's forehead, but did not take child to hospital. *ak |
