| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt: dorel juvenile group, model # 22-130-wal, dom 02-03-2005. contact stated that on 7-19-05 her grandson got his knee burned because the shield assembly did not have enough cover on the underside, resulting in plastic laying on his knee, and resulting in a burn to his knee. the doctor thought at first it was a third degree burn. but currently he maintained it was a second degree burn. the child was handicapped with cerebral palsy. manufacturer; dorel juvenile group, told consumer they should have parked under a tree . dorel juvenile said their engineers had looked into this and there was nothing else they could do. *ak |
