| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt: the consumer owns a 2004 kia sedona. he stated he received a recall letter on june 13, 2005 and since then he has been unable to get his vehicle repaired. the dealership keeps telling him they do not have the parts available he did speak with the manufacturer and they just tell him to go to another dealership to get the repair work done. he does not feel safe driving this vehicle because he can't get this done. the recall was on the alloy wheels, moisture could accumulate around the rear hubcaps.*jb |
