Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: Dt: contact received a recall letter on 7-25-05 concerning seat belts. no recall number was available. she called the dealer to make an appointment, and could not reach anyone by telephone. she went to the dealership, and they told her she could bring car in the next morning and pick it up by lunch time. she did not think this was acceptable because the recall letter said it should only take 15 minutes to do the repair work. she felt she was discriminated against. contact took the car to another dealer, and he made an appointment to bring the car in on 7-27-05 at 10:00 am. *ak
