| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt: graco model # 8465bkw, car seat carrier ribbed finger press handle did not work properly, it currently stuck. cosnumer's husband went to place child in car seat which he did not buckle him in first. he pushed the ribbed press handle and it would not move. as a result, the child fell out from the car seat. the handle did si not move back and forth and will not adjust. have not contacted manufacturer at this time. no repairs or alterations to the child safety seat. were done. child was injured, but was not taken to a hospital. *ak |
