| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I rented a 24 foot truck from budget truck rental co. ( veh. # 558395) that had both windshield's on the cab duct taped on. the front windshield gasket came off in texas. the truck was so out of alignment that you could hardly hold on to the steering wheel between 35-50 mph. i do not believe that budget services this equipment and these problems represent a huge risk to the next unsuspecting people that rent it. this truck needs to be inspected. |
