| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt: the consumer purchased a new van 2005 and discovered there were no arm rests on the second row seats, and consumer thought this was unsafe. also when sitting in the back third row seat the ride was uncomfortable, and when hitting a bump in the road it hurt the passenger's back. has been to a dealer, and the dealer noted this vehicle did not come with an arm rest, but consumer could pay out of pocket to get van customized. consumer did want to do this because he felt it was not his responsibility. consumer contacted chevrolet, and they told consumer to talk to dealer to trade and pay the difference for a model that did have arm rests. consumer did not wish to do that, and no changes have been made to vehicle. *ak the consumer was making a turn and fell over when the injury occurred. *sc |
