| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt: while driving when the automatic gear shift pulled out of place. it actually pulled completely from the vehicle. put gear shift manually back into the socket by consumer and drove home. when this occurred had only drive, no reverse, parking, or neutral. called aaa, and they towed vehicle to a dealer, and the repaired it. the dealer noted 2 screws were missing, and consumer was charged $120 for repairs. consumer felt this was unsafe. has not been repaired. the gear shift has not came out after repairs. *ak |
