Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: While making a full stop on occasion , and then trying to accelerate, i have had no power as if it is fuel starvation. have replaced the fuel filter which is over priced for the second time. upon inspection of the fuel filter, a black substance seems to be blocking the fuel filter for no apparent reason. it must be coming from the fuel tank or a fuel line. after recently replacing the filter and making a quick stop and backing rapidly, i experience the same power failure. turning off the truck and restarting seems to help momentarily. *nm
