| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Within a months time i have had to replace both rear window regulator assemblies in my 2000 pontiac bonneville. the first window went down on its own and would not go back up. less than a month later, the other window did the same. i took the car to a local dealership on 2 separate occasions to have this fixed. these parts are very expensive. i find it odd that a 5 year old car with only 60,000 miles should have such a problem, especially in such a short period of time. could you give me some insight on why this could be. *jb |
