| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt: the consumer was driving a 2005 honda accord hybrid. at approximately 45 mph consumer's vehicle hit another vehicle and ended up in a ditch. there was front damage to the vehicle. upon impact, the air bags did not deploy. the other vehicle was hit with the driver's side front end. the highway patrolman on the scene stated that the airbags should have deployed. the vehicle was towed, and it has not yet been inspected. consumer sustained severe whiplash. there was a police report taken. the other driver was charged with failure to yield right of way. the other vehicle, 2000 volkswagen, was totaled. there were six airbags on this vehicle and none of them deployed. *ak *tt |
