| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt: evenflo discovery model no. 3162356p1, dom 12-9-04. the adjuster strap can be pushed down by a 4 month old child. this allows the child to be able to climb out of the seat. the seat is a 3. harness. consumer contacted the manufacturer, and they told her that no one else complained about this. later the same day the consumer met someone that had a 2 month old child that could slide through the adjuster strap. consumer considered that the child could climb out while she was driving, and be at a risk of injury because she was not properly secured. and there are no other known problems with the seat at this time. *ak |
