| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt: consumer file a compliant regarding a parking brake failure. contacted general motors and spoke with tiffany. called 800-222-1820. general motors called the service center for this issue. spoken to the service manager ,and his response was to given\ the mileage on the vehicle, which was 80,000 miles. expected the brake pads to wear down or be replaced. when engaging the parking brake the vehicle went in a roll ing motion. the brake pads should still be in good because consumer did not use the parking brake. *ak |
