| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt: double tree 38rl3 fifth wheel trailer. this was the second rv that had a lippert frame and had constant problems with it. owned it less than a month, it has been repaired 4 times. currently, double tree refused to take it back or exchange for a new unit, but wanted consumer to drive vehicle to indiana to have it retrofitted. bought on 7/9/05, and on 7/11/05 took it back to be fixed. on 7/19/05 took it back again on 7/26/05 and 7/27/05. when attaching to the 5th wheel the trailer dipped down before rising, and crushed the dealer's truck.*ak |
