| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt: the consumer owns a 1999 mercury cougar. the heater blower motor resister was replaced, because when the dashboard was pulled off it was burned. there was a recall for this, and the dealership stated that similiar to other vehicles that had been fixed. when contacting ford, they stated this vehicle was not part of the recall. the motor switch would not work on one of the four speeds; therefore, the vehicle was taken into the dealership. this was first noticed on july 11, 2005. *ak *jb |
