Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: Hard stopping on my 2000 suburban 2500 4x4, felt like you were not going to get stopped, there was a very soft brake pedal and normal stopping distance was increased dramatically. inspecting the brakes & rotors revealed extreme rust on inside of rotor and only a fraction of the brake pad was contacting the rotor. i replaced all 4 rotors & brake pads which corrected the problem. i still have all of the defective parts. *jb
