| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: While traveling my left front firestone steeltex r4s ii lt265/75/r16 separated from the tire and then blew out, causing me to swerve left of center, luckily there was no other traffic coming. when i sent my tire to firestone they had said that it looked like separation. firestone/bridgestone stated in a letter that the tire was over loaded. the tire is oem for my 2000 ford f-250. the tires on front we replaced full cost to me with transforce. *nm |
