Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt: the consumer stated that 1999 plymouth voyager was recalled. under 04v480000 and chrysler # d17 concerning clock spring faikure. the dealership that the consumer spoke with said that they would not repair the recall for free because the vehicle was over 70,000 miles. the owner's recall letter stated that if the clock spring failsedthat the dealership will replace the clock spring at no charge regardless of the mileage. the owners vehicle the air bag light did not go off. the dealership was contacted about a month ago. also, when consumer received the recall letter he not contacted chrysler at this point, but had plans to do that. consumer was concerned that the air bag may fail if the van was in an accident. *ak |
