| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt: the consumer stated the vehicle was handling poorly. when hitting a bump it felt like one was riding on a wave. the vehicle felt like the weight was being tossed too much. it bounced when hitting a bump, and it leaned when turning. before this it caused the consumers daughter to get her shoe stuck under the brake pedal. the consumer contacted a mechanic ,they told her that the struts were bad. she was waiting to have them replaced. there were no other known problems with the vehicle at this time. *ak the rear struts were replaced as well. updated 12/07/05.*jb |
