| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt: dorel juvenile group summit model # 22-260 hou, dom 09/16/2003. where the head rest and the straps were situated the screws came out of the child safety seat. these have been manually screwed back in, but continually were loose. at one point the consumer had to glue with crazy glue the screws , and they still came out. contacted manufacturer, who said that because the child safety seat was over a year old there was nothing they could do, the warranty was for one year. *ak |
