Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: I have been having problems with the engine idling high while driving, making it possible to slow down, brakes were not working, causing me to pull over to the emergency lane, putting the car in neutral, shutting my engine off, in order to get car to stop. my car has been in the dealer shop where i bought it, since july 21, 2005, they said they can't find anything wrong with it, car is still under warranty, but due to not finding anything wrong with the car, they are charging me for towing fee and for doing a preferment check on the engine, out of pocket is over $100.00 to say, we can't find anything wrong. this wasn't the first time, on june 13, 2005 the same thing happen, putting it in the grange for 4 days only to say they couldn't find a thing wrong with it, i feel there is defect in the computer or idle control, as i feel this vehicle is very unsafe while driving it, not only for myself but for anyone else to be around when this occurs again. *jb
