| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt: while driving on freeway the consumer heard noise coming from the engine. the consumer pulled off at a gas station, parked the vehicle, and revved the engine ,and the sound returned. the engine noise was worse today than it was yesterday. the consumer took the vehicle to a mechanic, and he advised the consumer this was a known problem with the 2.7 l engine, and that chrysler was aware of the problem. the only thing the mechanic could do was replace the engine. *ak |
