| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt: the consumer received nhtsa recall 05026000 from american racing equipment on april 22, 2005 regarding american racing wheels. consumer contacted the manufacturer three tines to get the replacement wheels. according to american racing, the federal law stated all of the defective wheels must first be returned before the replacements could be shipped. the part numbers for these wheels were 1067780 and 6067780. the consumer was given loaner wheels, and the defective wheels were at the body shop where they were purchased.*ak |
