| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: This is a repeat complaint -- with corrected model number this seat, an evenflo tribute - model #3792098p1, manufactured date: july 24, 2003, was given to a family that brought it back to our agency after about 1 year of use. the metal harness adjuster in the front was broken and unable to be used safely to secure the child in the car seat. this was one of three seats that were returned to us due to the same problem. we replaced the seat with a new one. *nm |
