| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I own a nextstep mx booster seat for my 6 year old. the model number is 44913svr, manufacture date 1/30 2003. the loop to secure the shoulder harness has torn. graco has no recalls for this seat nor do they offer any help. in a crash my child could have been severely injured. there only response was that i could put him on the other side of the vehicle. i currently have him in the center which i feel is the safest place in a side impact crash. my vehicle has a center should belt assembly. please look into this. thank you. *nm |
