| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: This seat, an evenflo tribute, model #3792098p1, manufacturer date of september 11, 2003, was given to a family that brought it back to our agency after 1 year of use. the metal harness adjuster in the front was broken and unable to be used safely to secure the child in the car seat. this was one of three seats that were returned to us due to the same problem. we replaced the seat with a new one. *jb |
