| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: 2004 honda odyssey developed problems with the transmission.*mr the vehicle was taken tot he dealer for transmission recall work. the dealer was unable to perform the repairs because the tools were not available. prior to a routine maintenance the vehicle's transmission was working find. after the maintenance the vehicle began performing erratically. the dealer claimed that he did not damage the transmission. the dealer offered the consumer a new transmission but they wanted her to pay for it to be delivered. the consumer refused stating the all recall repair are supposed to be free of charge, per the recall notice. *nm |
