| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt: the consumer's son was driving when vehicle swerved to miss a deer and it tipped over into a ditch while driving 30 mph. upon impact, the air bag did not deploy. the vehicle would not shut off until it was put into park. the consumer drove the vehicle back home. later it was taken to a body shop, which did not have diagnostic equipment. they said that there was hardly any transmission fluid. oil leaked through transmission tube under the hood. the manufacturer stated that air bags will deploy when driving forward. he told them that according to the vehicles computers it did not show it had been in an accident. the frame was dented, and there was an injury. *ak |
