| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt: the contact owns a 2004 chrysler pacifica. she purchased the car in march of 2005 . she had to go back to the dealer every weekend since purchasing the vehicle except for the month of june. the vehicle was making a clanking noise due to transfer case malfunctioning. transfer case was replaced previously in april, 2005, and needed to be replaced again. also, vehicle surged while driving. . she felt unsafe driving vehicle. the manufacturer said that the dealer has to take care of the vehicle and has to get a service representative to inspect the vehicle. the contact felt that until something was resolved with this vehicle there will be a fatality . the vehicle was taken to the dealer for 17 times for various problems.*ak |
