| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt: while driving down the at 50 mph on smooth road there was a hissing coming from the sun roof. the glass from the sun roof flew off, and the consumer saw the glass behind the car in the rearview mirror.t he sun roof was closed at the time when it flew off. the glass came off in one piece and then broke on the ground. then, the owner pulled over and looked at the sun roof. he took the car home, then to the car to dealer . the consumer was unsure what caused it, and the dealership hasn't told the consumer the cause of the failure. the dealership will replace the sun roof. the consumer has not had other problems with car but was upset with dealership for charging for a rental car.*ak |
