| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Rear window hatch frame broke away from hinges on the body frame. when opening the rear hatch window the hatch separated from the body on the right side. the left side broke/separated as well on its own. the car is not drivable in this condition as the window could now easily completely become detached from the car thus causing serious injury or death. i filed a complaint with gm #1355994572 which is pending resolution.*jb |
