| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt: evenflo portabout 5 rear facing child seat dom 4-28-04. when the child reached out of the seat his arm became stuck between the seat and the handle. this occurred on 08/15/2005 when the consumer went to pull the handle to get the child out of the vehicle. the child sustained a bad bruise on the arm. the consumer was taking him to a doctor. the child was able to move his/her arm, it did not appear to be broken. *ak *jb |
