Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt: consumer owns 2001 chevrolet suburban. two of the electrical motors had gone out on the power windows, two separate windows. she took vehicle a garage t to have window motors replaced , and the mechanic called the dealer for parts, and was told that the motor was already on back order, she said that this showed her that she was not the only one having this problem. also, had a problem with electrical locks, they failed. the driver's door will open automatically but the other doors have to be opened manually. the front doors had exterior locks , and one could unlock them from the outside. but, the rear doors did not have exterior locks. she had to reach them from the front to manually unlock the rear doors to get in from the outside. *ak |
