| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt: the contact received a recall letter 8-15-05. she was told it was urgent to have the car taken to dealer for recall repairs. they made arrangements to rent a car. they took the car in and they did not have the parts to fix the car. she felt that nissan should reimburse herfor a rental. this was the second trip they have to make to have this fixed. she did not feel like nissan should have sent the recall letter if they did not have the parts. she was going to hold nissan responsible if there was an accident due to this recall. they did not give them idea as to when the parts would be in. *ak |
