| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: We were driving and almost had a head on collision due to a broken sub-frame mount plate which entirely broke. upon checking we found there was a recall and checked with ford and they informed us it was not covered because there were only select cars designated for this recall. we fell that we have a valid recall as the sub-frame completely broke off almost causing us to have a head-on colision. upon talking to ford at 866 436-7332, we were told that this was our problem and they could do nothing about it even though there was a recall for 1988-1994 lincoln continental vehicles. |
