| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: My dash has a 12 inch vertical crack left of the airbag. this is in the area of the dash were it is set in for the air bag. i called chrysler and they said this isn't a hazard. i don't agree with them. no one will even touch the dash in that area to fill or fix the problem because it could case the air bag not to work! so, i don't understand why this wouldn't be an issue with chrysler. to me it is a safety issue and i want it fixed. my life and my families life is more important than the manufacture not taking responsibility. i read the web site of complaints on the dash and it seems to be a very common issue with the 1999 300m. i think the government should make them fix this and quick!!! |
