Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The rear driver side power window failed. there was a loud pop and the window slid half way down and would not go back up. i talked to my mechanic, and he said that it was a cable that broke. he knew instantly because he had replaced many of them in similar buick lesabres. we know of two friends personally who have had the same problem. for one friend, it happened on more than one window in her car. to get it fixed at the dealership cost nearly $500. it appears to us that this is a faulty part and that the auto maker should recall and repair it at their cost. |
