| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: 2005 dodge magnum - transmission failure 2 times in 1 week. known issue with dodge - service bulletin issued. transmission was repaired as per bulletin - picked up car from dodge repair, jasper dodge, jasper alabama, drove 115 miles with 3 year old and 7 year old in vehicle and transmission shut down doing 70 mph on hwy 78. could have been fatal. since this was a known issue and since it appears that their service repair failed to resolve problem - i personally feel the vehicle should be recalled before a fatal accident occurs. at 70 mph vehichle just lost all power. had i been in a major metropolitan area, i may not have been so lucky. |
