| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: When driving steadily over 50 mph for a period of 15 minutes or more the engine revs at 2000 rpm or higher. when going into neutral or park it reaches 3000 rpm. this is an intermittent problem. in the beginning it would stop once i turned the engine off and restarted it. now i must sit and wait for the engine to cool in order for it to stop happening. i have not yet repaired this because i have not been able to recreate the problem when brining it in for service. the service engine light does not come on. |
