| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt: the consumer stated that there was a recall 04v597000 on the latches on a 2002 oldsmobile silhouette. however, this vehicle was not included in the recall due to vin. the consumer contacted gm ,and they could not tell him why this vehicle was not included in the recall. he had the same door handles and latches that were being replaced. the consumer was concerned for the safety of passengers . they were at risk for the same incidents that were occurring to others. the consumer has been in contact with gm twice, and they still could not answer the question. *ak |
