| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt: this was a 5th wheele. the consumer took a 4000 mile trip and the front passenger and rear passenger tires blew out. the tire in the middle looked like it was about to blow out. this happened on july 11, 2005 for the rear and on august 2, 2005 the front one . contacted the dealer and they were inspecting the 5th wheele. they took off the axle and put on new hangers. someone put the wrong hangers that were too short on both sides. contacted tire manufacturer and they did replace first one, the consumer kept the second tire because keystone wanted to see it. they were replacing all 7 tires with a different brands. *ak *jb |
