Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: Thank you for your email expressing your agencys interest in preventing the injuries of infants and children by investigating the defectiveness of tying up infants and children against their will. 1. child car safety seats. 2. child leashes. please explain your last email to me. write and explain, please list, under what particular circumstances can anyone complain about a product defect, and the defect will be investigated. are investigations only conducted if certain people file the complaint? pediatricians at the university of michigan believe that tying up children in car seats calms the children down. this is not calm, and i told them to remove their comments from the internet. it teaches children not to respond to their abuse. if doctors cared about children, such things as tying up infants and children would be illegal already, along with foot binding, rickshaws, and clictorectomies. is there is a federal agency that is interested in conducting an investigation about the car seats and leashes? if so, please send me their email address. another agency might be interested in the welfare of infants and children.
