| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt: cosco touriva model # 22-130-wal, dom 09/29/2004. car seat had a failure. car seat had a failure. the plastic piece that is attached to the harness fell apart on the left side. the right side is still intact. the consumer had the child in the seat went down the street and noticed that the piece broke. this was a toddler that was either forward or rear facing. the recommended weight was 5-35 pounds. the system used to secure the seat was the latch and the seat belt. the manufacturer has not been contacted. this failure occurred on 9-24-05.*ak |
