| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt: the caller received a recall notice concerning the floor shifter. she said that for the last two months she has had to leave the keys in the ignition because the vehicle will not go into park. she parked on level ground and she knew the vehicle will not roll away. when she took vehicle to the dealer they said she might have dropped something in the shifter, and they will not look at it for free, even though she had a recall letter. dealer told her it would be 5 to 7 days before they would look at vehicle. manufacturer has not been contacted yet. *ak |
