Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The driver seat belt becomes stuck and does not fully retract. it also does not lock up when you brake quickly. the seat belt in the back seat is stuck and will not move or retract at all. it cannot be used at all, and therefore i cannot install the child car seat for my baby. there is an active recall for this problem for the 2000 ford mustang, but when i took the car to my local ford dealership they said that my vehicle is not covered under this recall. they advised me that i would have to pay to have the seatbelts repaired. |
