| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: My wife bought a 2000 chev. cavalier from sound mazda inrenton a year ago in 2004, the car did not passed emission test, we took it to the mechanic and he informed us that the catalityc converter was not working, the o2 censor was bad and it would be pricy, we took it to a dealership and were going to trade it in, the manager of the dealership pulled a carfax report and he asked us if the dealership had informed us that in 2002 the car was in a wreck and the airbags were deployed, we told him no, when she bought the car none of this was informed to us. we believe that it is unfair for the dealership to not inform us about this, specially because the airbags don't work in the car and they still sold it to us like that. |
