| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I only have one base so i have to switch between cars depending on when my husband is home. i went shopping with my mother so i had to put the base in her car and when it came to moving it to the other car, i lifted the base and the whole adjuster piece came out. this is the second base i have received. about a month ago the same thing happened along with the strap on my daughters car seat not staying in place. i called evenflo and they sent me a whole new seat and base. i am very upset that this has happened twice now, and i am calling evenflo again tomorrow. *jb |
