Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: My gmc safari 1993 model was parked in the same spot as usual in front of my home and had not been driven since the evening before. we were awaken by sirens from a fire truck and the van was engulfed in flames coming from under the hood the fire department put the fire out and was unable to open the hood even with axes they tried for an hour and gave up and said a fire inspector would be out to investigate the cause today. the fire came from under the drivers side and the whole dashboard is melted away to nothing and the steering wheel we have lost everything due to this fire. the whole front interior is melted away too. the firemen smelled sulfur while putting it out and still smelled it after the fire was out too. i need to know what to do about this i have sent gmc a report on their website about this as a complaint and should hear from them within 48 hours. please contact me if i should do anything else about this. *jb
